EDITING CELLS IN ZIGZAGÆ (Gzz version)

Hi.

The Gzz version of ZigZag, beautifully programmed in Java by Tuomas J. Lukka, hit a snag when Sun Microsystems changed the Java language.

This caused the previous cell-edit programs to stop working.

Since Lukka was no longer on the project, a hack was added by Benja Fallenstein. Benja is to be thanked for this. It's not what we would have wanted, but it's the best thing under the circumstances.

Press

9 G return.

[This means: left-hand green cursor Go to cell 9, then execute the routine there.]

This will open an edit window that always shows what's under the blue cursor.

If you select this as the current window, you can edit the contents of the blue-accursed cell.

When you switch focus back to either "Data" or "Ctrl", the Kblang keystroke operations work normally.

[POWER USERS: you may switch windows between the edit window and Data and Ctrl windows with the double keystroke Alt-tab.]
